- Started part-time in Jul’02, assisting with IT infrastructure revamps. Soon I transitioned to a full-time Support Engineer, handling desktop support, hardware repairs, software issues, networking problems, managing work records, and attending customer calls on-site and off-site.
Educationally; A Graduate in Physics from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. I managed to gain certain international certificates like RHCE and ITIL v3 Foundation during my ongoing journey in pursuit of knowledge.
